Bluebird Tea Co. is known across the UK for their expert tea mixology and love of tea with bases in London, Bristol and Brighton. As they prepared to expand further they needed an informative but entertaining video to use for crowdfunding and we were tasked with creating something simple and effective.
Bluebird wanted to engage with the audience on a personal level so it was decided that we’d have the owners Mike and Krisi address the camera directly. After perfecting the script they made their way down to the store where we spent the day shooting to really push the Bluebird message. As we reached the edit we agreed on using simple graphics and overlays to emphasize the aspects that the owners wanted to focus on.
In the end we produced an informative, approachable short video that allowed Bluebird to hit their target funding and some more on top of that! This kind of documentary style shooting worked wonderfully to connect the audience with the business in a fun and informative way.
